Ragazzi’s is a local staple for casual Italian comfort food.
When current owner-operator Ty took over, he knew that the logo design—created in 1991—needed some new life without overhauling the entire brand.
We chose to clean up the existing Ragazzi’s typeface and lock it up with a tagline inside of a simple but effective badge. We then paired typefaces and colors that evoke a classic casual Italian theme, and used this identity to design restaurant menus and business cards.
We were so excited when Ty and his wife Julie bought their own restaurant. Julie is an incredibly talented pastry chef; she whipped up the cake of our dreams for our Durham wedding. Pro Tip: don’t skip dessert when you dine at Ragazzi’s.
