Deb Zechini loves messes. Seriously. She wakes up every day completely ecstatic to have a company helping people restore order to their homes using her professional organizing services.
When she first started Order in the House in 2003, the Raleigh-Durham market did not have many professional organizers. As the industry grew, she wanted to stay ahead of her competitors. We helped with strategy surrounding a brand refresh, responsive website, and digital marketing. We’ve continued supporting her brand over the years by building a new website—with photography direction and customer acquisition strategies baked in.
Deb even has a patent for a closet hanger! We helped pivot her marketing copy and strategy for pursuing investors for her groundbreaking design.
Website
Distilling the complexities of your industry into easy-to-understand ideas can be a challenge. We worked with Deb to find simple ways of explaining her services. We helped her develop a simple 4-step proven process, so now her clients easily know what to expect when they hire her as a professional organizer.
We added a very clear call to action on each page of her website. In less than 30 days, Order in the House doubled traffic to the “Get Started” page. More clicks equals more business for this entrepreneur.
Social Media Marketing
It’s never too late to build brand consistency and share your story through social media. Order in the House has been an established professional organizing brand for more than a decade – but was new to the world of Instagram. We worked with owner Deb Zechini to share her brand tone and strengths through her bio and create a schedule that regularly shares her story. She has amazing “before and after” photos of her work, a passion for helping those with ADHD, invented a patented organizing product, has killer testimonials, and a never-ending fount of energy. We used these truths to establish Content Pillars for her brand — making it consistent and easy to share her brand story with her growing social media network.
Graphic Design
Consistency is key! We developed on-brand iconography to represent Order in the House’s proven process, vibrant business cards, and trade show collateral.
Creative Services – Photography
Websites are an incredibly visual platform. Order in the House needed updated headshots that conveyed what it would be like to work with her — an experienced, engaging, warm, and energetic presence. Goodness coordinated a one day photoshoot and direction for wardrobe and location.
